Why can't we have Medicare for all?

I have my own health insurance. How will I be affected by these recommended Health reform actions?

Identity suppose the 8 could have  insurance   that is cheaper to certain companies as a result of it having four doors lol But my question is I'm 19 and been considering modern and I have to pay for $1200 every six months of those cars for just one! I required the safety course also and have a clean record. Today basically was under my parent's insurance might that be maybe cheaper
